Any testimonials and promised results we may display on this website are based on my experience and those of our previous clients. They are not guarantees that anyone else will achieve the same results. This is because, while naturopathic care is based on scientific evidence, there are variables between clients and everyone responds to treatments differently.

We do not accept any liability for any injury, loss or damage incurred by use of or reliance on the information provided on this website or provided during our consultations. By using this website, purchasing our products, and booking consultations with us you accept we cannot be held legally liable, and cannot be sued for any damages.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you have placed your order on the Site, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order will be perfected upon completion of the packing of your order unless you cancel your order. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party because of our withdrawing any product from the Site or refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Payment

Our Site accepts all major payment methods which include:

Pricing Policy

The prices shown on the Site are in US Dollars. Sometimes we need to make changes to the price of some of our products. When this happens, we’ll update the prices on our website. If you had placed your order for a product before the price change, the price will be as stated on our website at the time when you had placed your order.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Orders can take up to 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders will arrive within 4 to 7 business days after processing normally. If you are buying products during promotional periods, it may take a little longer for our products to be delivered to you.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If delivery of the products to you is delayed by an event outside our control (e.g. because of postal/courier delays, logistics or bad weather), we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

All Customers are required to pay the delivery/shipping fee for any orders they place. Please return your product after contacting Starseed Essence Shoppe at starseedessenceshoppe@gmail.com within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.Products must be returned in a clean and new condition, with all pricing, packaging and brand labels secure.Starseed Essence Shoppe will provide you the Return address by sending you an email upon your request.

Please note that the Customer is responsible to pay the Shipping/Delivery fee when returning the product.We recommend that all returns be sent using a traceable carrier. Starseed Essence Shoppe will not be held responsible for packages not received by us that were returned without a tracking number.

We reserve the right to accept or reject a returns and refund request at sole discretion. We do not accept requests in the following circumstances:

• Return/Refund request is made after 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
• Product is used and damaged by the Customer
• Incomplete product or partial order
• Fraudulent Return/Refund request

Discount Codes

We may provide promotional codes offering a discount on our product. Promotional codes cannot be used on past purchases. Promotional codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code or offers and must be used by the date published, if any. Only one promo code can be used at checkout. We reserve the right at any time without notice to retract and/or change the terms of promotional codes.
