Champney's Pink Cluster, Antique Rose Essence, Rosa chinensis x Rosa moschata
Champney's Pink Cluster is a calming essence that teaches us to learn to love with acceptance and respect. We also learn to love and respect ourselves during this process. It is indicated when we are trying to change others, instead of trying to understand and connect with others. Honor the love that creates each person to experience transformation.
Champney was found on a South Carolina, U.S. plantation by Charles Champney and developed between 1810-1811. This rose parented Noisette roses, all originating from moss and China rose parents. Champney is believed to be parented by Old Blush and the European musk, Rosa Maschata. It stands 15 by 8 feet tall, almost thorn-less with light pink, sweet, musky fragrant cupped blooms in spurts from spring through fall. Although a southern rose, it withstands 0 degrees using inches of mulching
Champney's Pink encourages us to relax and recharge as we learn to let go and stay calm.
