Loquat - creating the 'New World'

.....this amazing essence is currently calling to us and understandably so. As we move slowly but surely out of lockdown (more slowly for some than others!), we need to focus on the kind of world we want to create for ourselves. Nothing will ever be exactly the same so let's use this opportunity to have it the way we want it! Interestingly, LGreat newsoquat is known in Armenian as 'Nor Ashker' which means New World, and in Turkish as 'Yeni Dunya' - also meaning New World!!

- it is very good at helping to assimilate the unexpected twists and turns of our lives - and a worldwide pandemic can certainly be considered that!

- it will help us feel less anxious and afraid of the future and what it holds as it balances our mental/emotional energies

- it's joy bringing qualities will help those who are feeling agoraphobic, apathetic or withdrawn - this is very common at the moment after the prolonged period of restriction we have been experiencing

- it assists us in regaining/maintaining our routine when we have found ourselves with disturbed sleeping and eating behaviours - again, incredibly common problems encountered during lockdown.
